Nerida has held senior management positions in a range of non-profit organisations over 20 years in both local and international context. Nerida holds quals in both Accounting and Organisation Development and believes that by having sound financial information Boards, CEO’s and managers can maximise the outcomes for their constituents. Nerida’s strengths lie in business planning and managing the tension between social and financial objectives.

Sally has over 15 years experience managing arts and cultural development programs, organisations and festivals in Queensland and Western Australia. She has particular experience working with non-profits, in the arts, arts/health, indigenous and youth sector. Before working at Matrix, she was the Director/ CEO at Warlayirti Artists Aboriginal Corporation in Balgo and as such is passionate about innovation, effectiveness and sustainability for service delivery in remote and indigenous communities.
Senior Consultant | Alice Springs
Joanna has over 20 years’ experience in business, management, communications, research, facilitation and consulting roles across public, private and academic sectors. She has taught marketing communications at a tertiary level for over a decade while consulting with the private sector in a range of industries from retail to fast moving consumer goods and the telecommunications industry. Her qualifications include a PhD (Consumer Behaviour) an MBA (AGSM), Graduate Diploma in Counselling, and a Bachelor of Business. Joanna is mad about Italian Greyhounds, although she ‘owns’ mongrels.
Senior Consultant | Melbourne
Michelle has worked in corporate, government and non-profit organisations in Australia, Mexico, the United States and Thailand. She began as a trouble shooter in finance and administration and moved on to strategic planning and relationship management. In 2009 Michelle completed an 18 month assignment as a volunteer Management Advisor for an indigenous NGO in the Solomon Islands. She returned to Australia with a strong commitment to helping non-profit organisations.
Senior Project Officer | Alice Springs
Kylie has spent 10 years in the Hospitality industry, working across Australia, while completing a Diploma in Hospitality Management. Over the last 5 years, Kylie has worked in both the private and public sector in the NT. During this time she worked conducting logistics projects and supporting service delivery in remote locations, being involved in project administration, contract management, governance support and performance monitoring of service providers to Indigenous communities. Kylie is undertaking a Diploma in Project Management.
Senior Project Officer | Darwin
Treasa has worked with a NFP Oganisation in the NT since 2008 and has a good understanding of the unique NT landscape. This combined with a strong background in Administrative Support spanning over 10 years has made her a suitable candidate for her current role as Senior Project Officer. She holds a Certificate IV Training and Assessment and a Diploma of Management. Originally from Ireland, Treasa has made Australia her home for the past 8 years, the last 5 spent in Darwin with her fiancée. She has recently become an Australian Citizen.
